Essential Industrial Services Ltd was originally established in 2004 and has quickly become one of the leading north-west suppliers of bearings and power transmission products. Since our inception we’ve grown from being a supplier of precision engineering parts and have expanded our stock to include material handling parts.

Our premises stand at 4000 sq ft and we hold stock in excess of £500,000. We stock a very impressive range of equipment to suit each individual client’s requirements and pride ourselves on listening to and advising clients accordingly so that they get the right product for the right job.

With an average of 18 years of bearings related knowledge, our sales and engineering staff offer an excellent service that is also friendly, courteous and responsive. We don’t stop working for you once the order has been received – we have a great after-sales service that we know our customers have come to rely upon.

We want our customers to come back to us on a regular basis and believe in building up a good business relationship that goes from strength to strength. Our extensive customer base of over 700 clients includes businesses from the mechanical food, leisure, manufacturing, printing, utility and distribution trades to name but a few.

Member of IADA

In 2008 We became a member of IADA Ltd (The Independent Authorised Distributors Alliance).

After meeting stringent membership criteria and undergoing an extensive vetting process we were appointed as a member of IADA.

Whilst remaining a totally independent company we are now part of an alliance that has 60 sites covering the whole of the UK and Authorised Distributorships for many of the world’s leading Bearing, Power Transmission and Tool manufacturers.

This exciting development allows us to offer our customers an extended range of quality products and for those that have multi-locations within the UK we can offer a truly National service through our partners within the alliance, providing a consistency of service, local stocks and competitive prices not previously available.

Our customers will have access to an enhanced range of products with full technical and marketing support from major manufacturers who have recognised the potential of dealing with a group with a turnover approaching £60million.
